How It All Started
Mr. Kottu Grand began as a humble street food stall in Colombo in 2010. Our founder, Ravi Perera, had a passion for authentic Sri Lankan flavors and a dream to share the joy of perfectly prepared kottu with the world.
With a secret family recipe and dedication to quality, the small stall quickly gained popularity among locals and tourists alike. Word spread about the delicious kottu with its perfect blend of spices and fresh ingredients.
By 2015, we opened our first restaurant in Rajagiriya, and since then, we've expanded to multiple locations across Sri Lanka, while maintaining the same commitment to quality and authentic flavors that made us famous.

2010
First street food stall opened in Colombo, serving our signature chicken kottu.


2015
